I’m Alexandre Felix. I built CDL Airbrake Simulation Test and I run it myself — there is no company behind it. These are the rules for using it. Using the site means you accept them.

What this is

A practice tool. It simulates the in-cab air brake check so you can rehearse the procedure and the call-outs before an examiner asks you for them.

It is not an official test and it issues nothing. I am not connected to any licensing authority, examiner, school or state agency, and none of them endorse this. Passing here is not a qualification, it is not recognised by anybody, and it does not mean you will pass the real examination. That is decided by an examiner, on a real vehicle.

Procedures also differ between states, schools and trucks. Where this app differs from what your instructor or your examiner tells you, they are right and the app is not. Nothing here overrides the instruction you are given in person.

Your account

• Give a real email address, and keep your password to yourself.
• One person per account. It is yours. Not for classmates, not for resale, not for two people at once. The site allows one device signed in at a time — logging in somewhere new signs the other one out.
• What happens under your login is on you. Tell me straight away if you think someone else has it.
• You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

What you may not do

• Copy, download, record, republish or resell the simulator, its content, its recordings or its artwork.
• Share your login or hand the paid material to anyone else.
• Try to reach parts of the site you have not paid for, or interfere with how it works for other people.
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy it.

I made all of it — the simulator, the written steps, the recorded call-outs, the artwork — and I own it. Your subscription buys you the right to use it while you are subscribed. That is all it buys.

Paying

New accounts get a 3-day free trial. Starting it takes a real card — that is how Stripe’s checkout works — but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

After the trial it is $20 per month, renewing monthly until you cancel. Payment is handled by Stripe. I never see or store your card details. If I ever change the price, I will email you before it affects you.

Ending an account

Cancel whenever you want. I may close an account that breaks these terms — a shared login, most likely — and in that case I do not refund the current month.

Availability

I work to keep it up, but I cannot promise it is always available. It may be down for maintenance, or because something broke. If it is unusable for you and I cannot fix it, see the refunds page.

What I owe you if something goes wrong

The site is provided as it is. I do not promise it is free of mistakes, and I do not promise it will get you a licence. As far as the law allows, what I owe you is limited to what you have paid me in the twelve months before the problem.

Nothing here limits anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

I may update these terms. If a change matters to you, I will say so by email or on the site before it takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States.
